Partners and cooperation
We have established cooperation with the Faculty of Biological and Veterinary Sciences at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, as well as with Nicolaus Copernicus University itself, with the aim of supporting the development of science, education, and innovation. As part of this partnership, we will undertake joint research, development, and implementation projects, focusing on creating innovative solutions and the practical application of research results. An important aspect of the cooperation is participation in developing a long-term strategy for the scientific and educational development of the Faculty, which will enable setting new directions and strengthening the academic position of the unit.
Together, we will ensure high-quality education by assessing learning outcomes and study programs, and adapting them to the dynamically changing needs of the labor market. Improving the educational process by identifying the competencies and skills most desired by employers and assessing the development prospects of the offered study programs will also be crucial.
We support the organization of internships, allowing students to gain valuable experience in working conditions appropriate for their future professional challenges. As part of the partnership, we will also promote the Faculty’s scientific achievements in the social and economic environment, contributing to the popularization of science and the effective transfer of knowledge and innovation.
This partnership opens new opportunities for cooperation between science, business, and education, and its effects will benefit both the academic environment and the economy. More information about the ongoing projects will be provided soon.

We have established cooperation with Waterly LLC. Waterly is a Polish company developing a water quality monitoring system based on IoT technology. Using intelligent measuring buoys with multi-parameter sensors, Waterly enables continuous monitoring of key physicochemical parameters of water, including pH, oxygen, temperature, conductivity, and nitrate levels. Data is sent to the cloud and is accessible via an application on a computer or smartphone, and the system automatically notifies users of any exceedances. This solution supports local governments, environmental protection institutions, and industry in safeguarding water resources and responding quickly to pollution.
